Your responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating used battery logistics
- Ensuring ADR-compliant transport
- Collaborating with disposal and recycling partners as well as collection points
- Documenting, reporting, and optimizing logistics processes
- Compliance with all legal regulations and safety standards
Your profile
- Experience in logistics, transport, or waste management, ideally with ADR knowledge
- Knowledge of BattG, used battery disposal, or EPR compliance is an advantage
- Structured, independent way of working and organizational skills
- Team player, communicative, and reliable

Compliance Business Development Manager (Recycling & EPR Partnerships)

Your responsibilities
- Researching market information and identifying potential customer groups based on sound EPR knowledge
- Acquiring new customers via relevant platforms and providing support in contract negotiations
- Supporting compliance consultants in preparing quotations, concluding contracts, and processing payments
- Ensuring smooth information exchange within the team and supporting sales and customer activities
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree or comparable qualification
- Sales experience in the compliance industry or related industries, preferably with Amazon or other platform-based resources
- Experience in the auditing industry or photovoltaic industry is an advantage
- Good written and spoken English skills and very good written and spoken German skills

Your responsibilities
- Actively identifying and approaching new business customers in the B2B environment
- Determining individual customer needs and developing tailor-made solutions
- Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and sales pitches
- Creating customized offers and supporting the entire contract process
- Participating in the development and implementation of sales strategies
Your profile
- A university degree or equivalent commercial qualification
- In-depth experience in the sale of consulting-intensive B2B services
- Success-oriented thinking, strong closing skills, and enjoyment of customer contact
- Confident manner, strong communication skills, and negotiating skills
- Very good written and spoken German, good English skills—additional languages are an advantage
- Independent, structured way of working, entrepreneurial thinking, and a hands-on mentality
