After undergoing comprehensive evaluations by Stiftung EAR, which is the compliance authority for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) in Germany, ECOPV-EU GmbH has been successfully recognized as an official guarantor. The announcement has been published on the EAR website.
As is widely known, companies selling electronic and electrical equipment in the German market must register with the German EAR. This registration service is provided by EAR-authorized representatives. Our company, ECOPV-EU GmbH, as an official EAR-accredited representative, has successfully assisted over 8,000 global clients with their German WEEE registrations.
Additionally, a guarantee certificate must be provided for each registration by an authorized representative to ensure smooth approval. Note: Not all authorized representatives hold the additional guarantor qualification.
