For the market in Luxembourg we combine product classification with preparation of the relevant EPR procedures. Our service covers the following areas.
Our services
- Electrical equipment (WEEE)
- Batteries
- Packaging
Legal framework and local requirements
Luxembourg has separate producer-responsibility requirements for electrical equipment, batteries and packaging. The Environment Administration’s classification covers household and professional equipment and different battery and packaging categories. A small sales market does not remove the need to assess the actual obligations.
How ECOPV supports your business
We assess product types and the sales model and support registration, scheme coordination and quantity data within the agreed scope. Packaging data distinguishes material and use; equipment is assessed by intended use. Any representation required for cross-border sales is clarified before starting.
