EPR services in Norway
For the market in Norway we combine product classification with preparation of the relevant EPR procedures. Our service covers the following areas.
Our services
- Electrical equipment (WEEE)
- Batteries
- Packaging
Legal framework and local requirements
Norway has its own collection and producer-responsibility procedures. For electrical equipment, the Environment Agency requires manufacturers and importers to participate in an approved collection scheme. Norwegian obligations require a separate assessment; registration in an EU Member State does not replace them.
How ECOPV supports your business
We support coordination of WEEE, battery and packaging matters based on your Norwegian sales model. Product groups, the importer and the reporting basis are clarified before scheme arrangements are made. Data is kept by product stream, and coverage is reviewed when the product range changes.
