Legal framework and local requirements
Portugal uses SILiAmb to register product producers and their relevant product streams. APA requires classification and quantity information. Industrial packaging must not be excluded from assessment by default; registration must align with an appropriate integrated or individual compliance arrangement.
How ECOPV supports your business
We structure WEEE, battery and packaging data and support preparation of SILiAmb documentation. Actual quantities and any required forecasts are prepared separately. For foreign companies, representation and the required power-of-attorney documents are clarified before submission.
